CARAT is unique to CAA having been totally written and developed in-house. Unlike many of our competitors CARAT is a real-time web based system allowing clients to track the progress of all their claims.

CARAT has automated or self generating reporting facility which allows clients to access or generate their own specific M.I. reports at desk-top. Numerous reports are available which can include key vehicle repair data such as average repair costs and average vehicle downtime per make, model, client depot or even driver and on the claims side, average time to recover and total amount recovered as well as a comparison between amount claimed and amount recovered, to name but a very few.
