Countrywide Accident Assistance announces new addition to senior management team.
Ipswich, 23rd April: Countrywide Accident Assistance Ltd (CAA), the UK’s leading quality claims outsourcing solution provider, has added another new face to its senior management team with the appointment of Steven West as Claims Manager.
Based in the company’s Ipswich office’s, Steven has been appointed to re-enforce the existing claims team with his considerable technical ability acquired over 29 years in the claims industry. Having started life as an office junior for an Ipswich based independent broker, Steven has climbed the professional ladder to the level of Technical Expert of the Bespoke Motor Unit with Royal and Sun Alliance before leaving to join CAA.
