New addition to Countrywide Accident Assistance’s senior management team.
CAA, The UK’s leading out-source claims provider, appoints new Business Relationship Manager.
As of the beginning of 2009, market-leader and quality outsourcing supplier, Countrywide Accident Assistance Ltd appointed Matt Morling as its Business Relationship Manager, based in Suffolk.
Matt has worked in the insurance industry for over 18 years; having started in re-insurance at Willis before moving onto claims handling and account management positions with WNS Assistance and finally becoming Claims Service Manager with JJS Insurance Group.
Matt has had a great deal of success throughout his career and worked alongside well respected clients including Scottish & Newcastle, Carlsberg, Eddie Stobart Limited, Anglian Water Services and Bunzl. He will be based at the CAA head office in Ipswich and responsible for key account service and business development.

The Directors of CAA are actively sourcing and promoting staff at all levels in to the business. Matt is the latest addition to join the senior management team whose role it will be to manage the company’s continued growth including a move into additional premises in early 2009.
