Technology Underpins Countrywide Accident Assistance Growth
Claims outsourcing solution providers, Countrywide Accident Assistance Ltd (CAA) is celebrating a record year following the win of Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Underwriting at Lloyd's Ltd.
Mitsui joins the list of CAA's other market leading fleet insurers clients such as Amlin Insurance Services, Brit and QBE.
Over the last twelve months CAA has enjoyed considerable controlled growth inpart due to the win of Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance in addition to securing business from other self insured direct clients. When combined with its existing book of business, CAA is predicting an increase of 34% in the annual number of incidents notified.
A major factor in CAA’s success has been it's commitment to continually invest in I.T. technology and experienced staff to ensure they continue to deliver a high-quality claims service.
CAA's own online Claims and Repair Accident Tracking system (CARAT) provides clients with 24 x 7 x 365 access to their own claims data and a host of management information reports.
“We stand out as the market’s preferred claims outsourcing solution”, said Simon Bennett, Director, Countrywide Accident Assistance. Our CARAT system gives us the flexibility, speed and connectivity we need to support our business. Our strategy for 2009 is to grow the business by a further growth 50% and with the current interest we have from prospective clients this should be achieved if not exceeded.
