We therefore endevour to have your vehicle back in use in the least time possible thus causing the least amount of inconvenience to you and ultimately your clients For goods in transit we provide a load transfer service with the focus on getting it back on route to it's destination as soon as possible.
Working With You
CAA will handle your incident according to pre-determined criteria. The handler will arrange for your vehicle and load to be managed exactly the way you want, whatever the circumstances. We will coordinate with our network repairers, your insurers as well as take care of any temporary storage if required. We can source replacement vehicles and always endevour to get you back on the road with the minimal amount of inconvenience.
Call-handling
365 days a year, 24 hours a day, every call is answered by an experienced handler based in the UK who will respond sympathetically and appropriately to the callers circumstances. Using the CARAT system they input the vehicle registration which, when entered, will automatically populate all driver, client, policy and vehicle details and so reassure and calm the caller.

Our extensive network of independent recovery specialists will ensure they have a representative with you in under 60 minutes from receipt of their initial instruction. We have an excellent 24 hour a day, 365 days a year vehicle recovery network of 500 specialists across the UK and Europe; however depending on circumstances, where possible we will attempt to make the vehicle road worthy enabling you to continue your journey.
CARAT –Live Information
In addition to allowing clients access to all their live claims and repair data, CARAT also has the facility for fleet managers and insurers to proactively manage their vehicles by regularly updating vehicle lists, allocated drivers, policy and vehicle details as well as leasing periods etc.
CAA clients are able to generate their own specific management reports; including average repair costs and vehicle downtime as well as key claims data. With these facilities the system is considered a crucial, market leading management tool and can be integrated with the clients existing systems. All this information is provided at no additional cost and reinforces our total transparency ethos.
